The arrangement was excellent and she loved them. The staff went above and beyond to get the order delivered, they went back twice to deliver because she was at work the first time. I highly recommend Alexandria's Flowers and will use them again.

The original arrangement delivered was not very good, roses were not fresh, they were already completely open at the time of delivery, and tulips were also a bit questionable. Beth was so kind, gracious and understanding, and explained that she would share our concerns with the grower(s). In addition, she offered to replace the arrangement which we were very happy to accept. Today, the replacement arrangement was delivered and it is exceptional....excited to see the beautiful flowers blossom! Thank you so much Beth! We have ordered from Alexandria's many times in the past and have always been very pleased with their arrangements as well as service. We will continue to purchase from Alexandria's Flowers.
