UPDATE TO MY REVIEW BELOW: In response to this review I received an email apologizing for the issue with the bouquet, AND my mother-in-law received a beautiful replacement bouquet. She was thrilled, said it was absolutely lovely, and thanked us and Alexandria's Flowers for sending her a new bouquet. She can't wait to show it off to her friends and neighbors. Great customer service, and I will be doing business with them again. Thank you!! We send flowers to my mother-in-law 2 to 3 times a year always from Alexandria's Flowers. She lives in a retirement community, so delivered bouquets get a lot of attention from friends and neighbors. When she texted to thank us, and did say the bouquet was "gorgeous" she also shared: "Their flowers were as always, beautifully chosen, however as is usual with this florist, somewhat overripe. The hydrangea died the second day!" When I regularly buy bouquets to be delivered for her birthday, Mother's Day, the holidays, etc., and I am a client with an account, I am surprised that my orders don't receive a little extra oversight to ensure they are terrific. I especially think flowers delivered to this community get a lot of attention, so ensuring they are peak bouquets will only benefit you. Thank you!
